This Privacy Policy describes how Moku Manu Consulting LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information in connection with our website, software and services.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent

We never share or sell your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the messaging service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide to us directly, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number and business contact details, and information needed to provide our software and services to you and your organization. When you opt in to SMS alerts, we keep a record of your consent (the number, the date and how you opted in).

How we use information

We use this information to provide, operate and support our services, to communicate with you about them (including the account and system alerts you have opted in to), and to meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our services (such as hosting and messaging providers), as required by law, or with your consent. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

SMS program

Moku Manu Alerts sends account and system alert notifications to people who have opted in. Message frequency varies, up to about 10 messages per month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the SMS section of our Terms for details.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable measures to protect information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. If you opt out of SMS alerts, we stop sending them and keep only the record needed to honor your opt-out.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us at the address below.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
